Join us on MLK Day for an exciting basketball event. This clinic will cater to co-ed athletes of all skill levels with a primary focus on skill development, teamwork and organized game play. Players will also have an opportunity to win special prized during our contests which are specifically designed to challenge and highlight their individual abilities. This event will be a great way to tip-off your new year but space will be limited so register today to reserve your spot!

Registration & Check-In

Pre-registration is required for this event. To reduce contact, on site registration will not be available on the day of the clinic. Your spot will not be guaranteed until your registration and payment have been finalized. Please arrive to check-in no more than 15-minutes prior to your session's start time. Players will be ushered to a designated waiting area while the court is cleared upon arrival.

Clinic Format

To minimize unnecessary interaction, participants will be placed in small groups during the skill development stages. Each group will have staggered water/sanitation breaks throughout the event to avoid gathering in confined spaces. These groups will be chosen at the sole discretion of our coaches and may be selected according to skill level, competitive matchups or other factors.

This event will require players to be in close proximity, especially during gameplay. Our coaches will do their best to manage the contact between players but this may be unavoidable.

COVID-19 Protocol

Participants will be expected to follow all rules and protocols set in place by Overtime Training Co. and the facility in which this event is being held. Staff members will be asked to strictly enforce these guidelines to ensure we can maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone. Any participant, parent our guardian who refuses to adhere to the guidelines we have outlined will be asked leave the gym or forfeit their participation without refund. Guidelines for this event include:

• Mandatory temperature checks for all participants upon entering the gym.
• Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees will not be allowed to participate
• Any player who has come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event should not attend the clinic

• Players must sanitize their hands before the clinic
• Wearing a masks while playing is optional unless specified by a coach or staff member
• Participants should avoid gathering in large groups during breaks
• Players will be required to wear masks whenever they are waiting to play or moving throughout the gym

Equipment

We strongly encourage participants to bring their own basketball to avoid sharing with other players. Participants should also bring their own water bottles, towels and any other personal equipment they will need. All equipment provided by Overtime or the gym will be sanitized before, after and periodically throughout the event. 

Refunds & Discounts

Registration fees are fully refundable before December 15th, 2020. After this date, all registration fees will final. 

Siblings will receive a 10% discount when registering at the same time. We will also offer organizations with 6+ players a special rate. Please contact us for more details on this offer.
